Huspy is seeking a Product Designer to own the user experience end-to-end across our real estate platform. You will work with engineering managers and product teams to deliver high-impact features and continuously refine them based on user feedback and analytics.

You will apply branding principles, drive design systems, and maintain pixel-perfect UI across web and apps, prioritizing customer value and business goals. This role offers flexibility to work remotely within the EMEA zone.

Formación

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience for web, apps, dashboards, B2B and B2C.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating launches and design impact.
• Excellent UI skills with pixel-perfect attention to typography and layout.
• Branding experience and ability to apply system design principles.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems; cross-functional collaboration.
• Customer-obsessed mindset and ability to ship valuable features.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end UX from ideation to implementation with cohesive experience.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure correct implementation.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies.
• Prototype rapidly and iterate to validate concepts and improve them.
• Post-launch measurement and data-driven design improvements.
• Align design decisions with business goals and communicate impact.
