Publicis Groupe in Madrid is seeking a Senior Product & Service Designer to lead user-centered product and service initiatives across digital ecosystems. The role requires strong UX, product, and service design expertise and a proactive, autonomous mindset.

You will collaborate with strategy, data, and technology teams on international projects, facilitate workshops, create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and drive design from discovery through validation and delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Service Design.
• Proven experience designing digital products, web platforms, or service ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of human-centered design, UX research, IA, accessibility, and validation methodologies.
• Experience mapping complex experiences via customer journeys and service blueprints.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, libraries, prototyping, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and ability to present decisions clearly.
• Experience leading workshops with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define digital products, services, and experiences from a strategic and user-centered perspective.
• Understand user, client, and business needs to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities (interviews, usability testing, benchmarks).
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights, design principles, and opportunities.
• Design information architecture, user flows, journeys, service blueprints, and interaction models.
• Create product/service concepts connecting user needs, business goals, and tech constraints.
• Design wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes in Figma.
• Plan, facilitate, and document discovery, ideation, prioritization, and co-creation workshops.
• Validate hypotheses through user testing and iterative design processes.
• Collaborate with strategy, content, data, and tech teams to deliver holistic solutions.
• Work with development teams to ensure design quality during implementation.
• Contribute to design systems and component libraries.
• Present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
