bsport is seeking a Senior Product Designer to elevate usability across data-rich, workflow-driven experiences for a fast-scaling SaaS platform. You will design end-to-end journeys, work with dashboards, and translate strategy into elegant, efficient user interfaces.

You’ll partner with product managers and engineers, contribute to design systems, and apply AI-powered tools to research, ideation, and prototyping. Hybrid work in Barcelona supports fast-paced delivery with impact.

Formación

• Significant SaaS design experience, preferably data-heavy or workflow-driven.
• Proven ability to use quantitative and qualitative data in design decisions.
• Strong portfolio showing craft and analytical thinking.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in design systems, scaling and implementing them.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in levelling up usability across data-rich, workflow-driven experiences. You’ll simplify complexity, optimise critical journeys, and bring clarity and efficiency to the tools studios rely on every day. What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end SaaS user journeys and workflows, with a strong focus on usability, efficiency, and clarity

• Work deeply with data-rich interfaces, dashboards, operational flows, and complex information architectures

• Use UX quality metrics and SaaS KPIs to inform and prioritise design decisions

• Translate product strategy and business goals into thoughtful, elegant user experiences

• Apply expert-level understanding of design systems, contributing to and extending them where needed

• Incorporate data and user insights into your design process, grounding decisions in evidence

• Rapidly prototype and run usability tests, validating concepts and iterating quickly

• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to balance feasibility, speed, and quality

• Collaborate seamlessly with other designers to deliver a cohesive, unified experience across the product

• Balance long-term UX vision with pragmatic, iterative execution

• Leverage AI-powered design tools and workflows to enhance research, ideation, prototyping, and productivity

• Champion users by deeply understanding their workflows, behaviours, and motivations, translating that empathy into efficient, intuitive SaaS experiences

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have

• Significant experience designing SaaS products (required), ideally in data-heavy or workflow-driven environments

• A track record working on growth, activation, retention, or operational optimisation within SaaS

• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, journey mapping, onboarding, progressive disclosure, and complex workflows

• Expert knowledge of Figma and design systems, including scaling, and implementation best practices

• A portfolio demonstrating both craft excellence and analytical thinking

• Experience incorporating quantitative and qualitative data into design decision-making

• Strong prototyping skills and experience conducting usability testing and rapid validation cycles

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers in cross-functional teams

• Comfort working in fast-paced environments where speed and quality must coexist

• A passion for craft and design fundamentals (layout, hierarchy, interaction clarity, and visual consistency)

• Experience evolving your UX stack with AI-powered tools and workflows

• Nice to have: Ability to deliver AI-augmented, implementation-ready designs aligned with our React component architecture, leveraging Storybook
