GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Technical Tendering Engineer to oversee the end-to-end Inquiry to Order (ITO) process for our Renewables Grid Solutions team, based in Sesto San Giovanni (Italy) or Zamudio (Spain).

The role requires translating complex electrical and substation control requirements into winning technical proposals, coordinating with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales to ensure robust, compliant, and cost-effective bids. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience translating complex electrical and substation control systems into winning technical proposals.
• Experience managing end-to-end tendering life cycle and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end tendering from initial specification review to final submission.
• Create detailed solution architectures, technical descriptions, and compliance documents.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales to ensure cost-effectiveness and viability.
• Develop competitive commercial strategies by reviewing Terms & Conditions and aligning with internal standards.
• Provide technical support during customer presentations and bid clarifications to improve win-rate.
• Oversee handover procedures to ensure all project requirements are captured post-award.
