Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Grid Solutions Integration team in the Europe region. The role focuses on leading high-quality, competitive bids from initial review through submission, across small to medium tenders, with cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs.

You will work across commercial, technical, sourcing and execution teams, driving compliant, compelling offers while balancing value and risk.

Qualifications

• Prepare, coordinate and deliver tender and proposal documents with accuracy and care.
• Manage priorities and stay on track within bid and commercial processes.
• Understand commercial risk, contract review and compliant submissions.
• Experience in sales, bids or proposals with clear client communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of clear, competitive proposals for regional clients.

• Assess commercial risks and contract commitments to inform bid decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, commercial, technical and operations teams on high-quality responses.
