Job summary

Técnicas Reunidas is seeking a Proposal Engineer to lead tender preparation for energy transition projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will analyze client bid requirements, manage internal processes, and ensure complete, competitive technical and commercial proposals.

Strong English and travel readiness are required. The role involves collaboration with engineers, procurement, legal, and finance to craft robust bids.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years as Proposal Manager, preferably in Transition Engineering or Renewables.
• Experience in process design and/or project engineering for related installations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages valued.
• Willingness to travel abroad.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client bid requirements and ensure full completion.
• Lead internal tender preparation across departments to gather data.
• Address clarifications from the client.
• Coordinate with Construction Management on bid strategy with subcontractors.
• Coordinate with partners/subcontractors for their involvement in technical and commercial proposals.
• Supervise and monitor the bid estimate budget.
• Prepare commercial/administrative docs; ensure technical docs are complete.
• Submit proposals.
• Prepare clarifications and amendments to offer presentations.
• Participate in client negotiations.
