TrendAI, the AI security leader and enterprise unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Head of Technical Partner Management for South-Eastern Europe. You will own the regional P&L impact and lead a multi-country team of Technical Partner Managers to drive measurable adoption and renewal with partners.

You will set the regional vision, define the operating model, coach your team to a high standard of execution, and partner with Channel and Sales leadership to ensure a Europe-wide approach that accelerates

Formación

• 5+ years in technical partner management, channel engineering, solution architecture, or equivalent leadership.
• Direct people management experience with mentor roles and performance management.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (Endpoint, Cloud, Network, SIEM, threat intel).
• Experience leading distributed, multi-region teams with stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Own partner success strategy and lead a high-performing TPM team across multiple regions.
• Lead partner relationship management and drive executive engagements with key partners.
• Collaborate cross-market to align strategies and governance for Europe-wide consistency.
• Build team capability, recruitment, onboarding, and development plans.
