TrendMicro's TrendAI unit in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Customer Success Technical Advisor to drive security outcomes for enterprise clients. You will lead the technical journey post-deployment, translating complex requirements into scalable, measurable resilience within the TrendAI Vision One ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Product Engineering, R&D and Sales Engineering to mature deployments, design workshops, and guide customers through strategic security initiatives with emphasis on risk

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technical support, security architecture, systems engineering, or a relevant client-facing consulting field.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) and SIEM/SOC operations.
• Experience with hybrid-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and multiple OS (Windows, Linux, Solaris).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical voice post-deployment, driving security outcome attainment.
• Lead onboarding and deployment processes to ensure rapid time-to-value and high feature utilization.
• Design and deliver workshops to mature the customer SOC and SIEM operations.
• Provide technical oversight during critical security events and offer proactive recommendations.
