Job summary

TrendAI, the AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, is seeking a Head of Technical Partner Management for South-Eastern Europe. You will own regional partner engagement end-to-end, ensuring measurable adoption and renewal readiness across France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Central/Eastern Europe.

You’ll build and scale a high-performing team, coach managers, and collaborate with Channel, Services, Solutions, and Product leadership to drive revenue growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical partner management, channel engineering, solution architecture, or equivalent technical leadership.
• Direct experience in people management — mentoring and performance reviews.
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions (Endpoint, Cloud, Network, SIEM, threat intel).
• Experience leading distributed, multi-region teams.
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the South-Eastern partner engagement operating model end-to-end, driving technical ownership and business outcomes.
• Drive team performance with development plans, coaching, and feedback.
• Lead executive engagements and strategic reviews with high-value partners.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional leadership to align strategies and revenue targets.
• Represent the region in governance and planning forums.
