AVEVA is seeking a Procurement Responsible Sourcing Lead for Madrid (hybrid) to build and run the supplier decarbonisation workstream and stand up the end-to-end operating model for engagement, governance, data validation and reporting.

You will lead supplier emissions data collection, enablement at scale, and governance cadence, partnering with category owners to drive behavioural change and credible action plans across the indirect supply chain.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering supplier decarbonisation / Scope 3 supplier engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG concepts and data quality.
• Experience running supplier emissions data collection and improving data quality.
• Proven programme management with matrix stakeholder alignment and escalation.
• Ability to design supplier journeys and enablement at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute the supplier decarbonisation engagement plan.
• Tier suppliers using data-led screening and define ownership and engagement routes.
• Deliver enablement at scale (webinars, office hours, templates) and 1:1 support.
• Establish follow-up and escalation for non-participation or poor submissions.
• Operate data collection workflows and support scale-up with tools.
• Translate submissions into credible action plans with milestones and owners.
