Nextpower in Madrid is seeking a Sourcing Lead, Power Electronics to develop and execute world-class supply chain strategies for PV and energy infrastructure products. You will lead global sourcing, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost reductions across production sites while supporting engineering and quality teams.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic electronics sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing in electronics, PV/Power Electronics.
• Ability to read BOMs, SLDs and quality processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% in Europe and beyond.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global sourcing strategy for Power Electronics components and contracts.
• Collaborate with design, operations, and sales to drive long-term sourcing plans.
• Negotiate pricing, warranties, and service agreements; manage supplier relations.
• Develop supplier performance metrics and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Support DoM reviews and cost-control during design changes.
