Alstom in Madrid seeks an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead procurement excellence across our operations in Spain. You will drive supplier performance, strengthen capabilities and ensure successful project execution for greener mobility worldwide.

You will lead a local procurement team, manage QCD objectives, and collaborate with supply chain, quality and finance to optimize cash flow and risk management while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in Purchasing, Procurement, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
• Minimum 2 years leading multicultural teams.
• Fluent English with an international mindset.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
• Understanding of project management, industrial environments, quality, supply chain and finance.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to coach others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a local procurement team, ensuring capability growth and workload optimization.
• Drive procurement performance through adherence to processes, tools and governance.
• Support commitments during tender phases and validate local commodity strategies.
• Manage supplier performance and monitor QCD objectives.
• Lead negotiations to support project execution and manage procurement risks.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality and finance to improve operational efficiency and cash performance.
• Contribute to local risk management and supplier panel compliance.
• Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and high ethical standards.
