AVEVA is seeking a Procurement Responsible Sourcing Lead to own and run AVEVA's supplier decarbonisation workstream within the Responsible Sourcing Program. You will design end-to-end operating models, segment and engage suppliers, and ensure governance, data validation, and reporting drive credible action plans and internal reporting.

The role requires proven experience in designing and scaling supplier engagement programs, strong GHG knowledge, and ability to deliver at scale through a matrix

Formación

• Demonstrated experience designing, delivering supplier decarbonisation / Scope 3 supplier engagement.
• Strong knowledge of GHG concepts including Scope 1, 2 and 3, and data quality/validation principles.
• Experience running supplier emissions data collection and improving data quality over time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier decarbonisation workstream and governance.
• Build and execute supplier engagement plan aligned to AVEVA targets.
• Prioritise and tier suppliers using data-led screening.
• Partner with category/relationship owners to confirm supplier ownership and engagement routes.
• Deliver enablement at scale (webinars, office hours, FAQs, templates) and provide 1:1 support.
• Establish follow-up and escalation model for non-participation or low-quality submissions.
• Operate data collection workflow using existing tools and scale-up planning.
