Nextpower in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Sourcing Lead, Power Electronics, to manage world-class supply chain strategies and drive cost-effective procurement for Power Electronics components across the product portfolio.

You will lead global sourcing, negotiate contracts, collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales, and build strategic supplier relationships while ensuring ethical procurement and compliance across all production sites.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of strategic sourcing experience in electronics, focusing on Power Electronics components.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent; Master’s desirable.
• Understand BOMs, SLDs, and basic manufacturing quality controls.
• Excellent communication to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Independent, self-driven with results-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and multi-project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Europe and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global sourcing strategy, including supplier selection, cost management, and RMAs for Power Electronics components.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive global, value-based sourcing strategies.
• Lead contract negotiations including global agreements, warranties, and service contracts.
• Develop supplier relationships and drive cost reductions across production sites.
• Support DoM reviews, design reviews, and early involvement in NPI with cost control.
• Manage supplier performance metrics and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Ensure ethical procurement and compliance with corporate requirements.
