Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering service design in enterprise or B2B settings.
• Proven track record across large transformations or digital programmes.
• Strong skills in service blueprinting, journey mapping and process design.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent English; French language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead service design activities across customer implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Map customer journeys, workflows, operational processes, and service ecosystems.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify service gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Create service blueprints, journey maps, and process flows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Delivery teams on future-state designs.
• Support new product introductions and capabilities implementation.
• Utilise AI-enabled tools to accelerate understanding of complex processes.
• Translate requirements into user-centered service designs.
• Build stakeholder alignment and drive progress across teams.
• Support scalable onboarding and implementation experiences.
