Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in IT Project / Programme Management in medium-to-large scale transformations.
• Proven experience managing complex business and technology transformation projects, not purely technical implementations.
• Experience leading Greenfield transformation initiatives from the ground up.
• Experience on digital transformation programmes involving core platform, data and business process evolutions.
• Strong track record with senior stakeholders and Project Sponsors, providing structure, visibility and challenge.
• Experience coordinating technical, architecture, IT Service Operations, Product/Service Ownership and change teams.
• Ability to drive teams, challenge when needed, and hold delivery accountable.
• Strong governance experience covering scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies and reporting.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid environments.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (Spanish beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the project from mobilization through to delivery and transition into operations.
• Drive the project with clear priorities, ownership, milestones and accountability across workstreams.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions to sponsors and executives.
• Build strong relationships across technical, business and operational teams.
• Coordinate with core team to ensure alignment across areas and outcomes.
• Manage dependencies across workstreams and resources.
• Lead the definition of future business and operating models aligned with decisions.
• Define future services, responsibilities, service models and governance.
• Provide leadership around CMDB, CSDM and service modelling with Architecture and Service Management.
• Keep the project focused on delivery and outcomes, not just administration.
• Identify blockers, challenge assumptions and ensure decisions/actions are followed through.
• Manage overall project plan, scope, budget, resources, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Lead governance: steering, governance gates, RAID, and senior communications.
• Drive senior-level decision-making with clear options and risk implications.
• Ensure risks/issues are identified early with mitigations in place.
• Manage changes to scope, timelines and costs via governance processes.
• Collaborate with Change Manager to embed processes, training and business readiness.
• Coordinate with Architecture, IT Service Operations and Product/Service Owners to enable BAU transition.
• Support planning around process redesign, data/CMDB, migration, testing and cutover.
