Job summary

MaintainX is seeking an Implementation Consultant for their EMEA team in Barcelona to lead complex software deployments, drive adoption, and deliver a superior onboarding experience for enterprise customers.

You will manage multi-phase implementations, lead client interactions, provide training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term customer success. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish or French a plus.

Qualifications

Relevant experience supporting enterprise customers in software implementation, onboarding, or related roles.
Experience managing complex implementations and multiple stakeholder groups.
Degree in engineering or a related field.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, or similar space is a benefit.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage client expectations.
Understanding of requirements definition, review of functional specifications, user training, and deployment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Self-starter capable of learning the MaintainX product within 30 days.
Must have the right to work in Barcelona, Spain.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Manage complex, multi-phase software implementations, balancing cross-functional stakeholders and change management to deliver successful deployments over extended project timelines.
Lead customer interactions and communications throughout the implementation lifecycle, identifying opportunities to maximize product value, drive adoption, and ensure long-term customer success.
Serve as the client manager during implementation to understand their business operations, manage client expectations and ensure end-user satisfaction.
Deliver formal training to client project team members and/or end-users.
Provide knowledge transfer to internal team members throughout the onboarding process.
Provide support by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices.
Track and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones.
Demonstrate industry knowledge and expertise through workflow recommendations and ability to communicate about client’s maintenance, operations, and management needs.
Collaborate with internal colleagues on product, sales, account management, and other initiatives - past experience in one or more of these areas is a plus.
