JD Logistics is establishing a brand-new regional Sorting Center in the Madrid area. You will own the end-to-end commissioning, from inbound linehaul reception to outbound injection, ensuring a fast ramp-up and full operational readiness.

The role requires strong experience with automated material handling systems, along with fluency in English and Spanish to coordinate with local supervisors and international stakeholders.

Formación

• Automation & MHS mastery with experience in automated handling systems and belt configurations.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to adapt to night/weekend shifts and 24/7 hub operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commissioning and integration of the new sorting center, ensuring on-time launch and regulatory/safety alignment.
• Establish and optimize parcel-per-hour throughput across all sorting lines to minimize mis-sorts.
• Maintain strict cross-docking discipline to ensure outbound trucks meet delivery windows.
• Architect flexible multi-shift labor schedules to scale with volume fluctuations from inbound networks.
