JD Logistics in Madrid is building a brand-new small-goods fulfillment center and seeks an accomplished logistics leader to take end-to-end ownership of the launch, SLAs, and long-term site optimization.

You will design the warehouse layout, manage inventory intake and high-velocity outbound dispatch, ensure compliance with local regulations and the Madrid Logistics Collective Agreement, and align with global HQ to drive performance.

nAs part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Spanish market, driven by the launch of our small-goods fulfillment operations. This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution
