Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Cluster Medical Lead to develop and implement the medical affairs strategy for their products in Europe, collaborating with commercial and global teams. You will drive scientific communications, education, congress planning and HCP engagement, while coordinating ESRs and EAPs with the European Medical Affairs team.

• Senior medical affairs leadership experience, regional or multi-country responsibility.
• Extensive Med Affairs experience in biotech/pharma with oncology focus.
• Track record of leading MSL teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements medical affairs strategy aligned with global plan.
• Leads scientific communications, education, congress planning, and HCP engagement.
• Oversees ESRs and EAP activities in line with European strategy.
• Coordinates with clinical development/operations for cluster medical activities.
• Manages Country Medical Lead and Field Medical Advisors.
