Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Cluster Medical Lead to develop and implement the medical affairs strategy for the company’s oncology portfolio across the cluster in collaboration with the commercial team and aligned with the global strategy.

You will drive scientific communications, education, and congress planning for the lead molecule, while supporting ESRs and EAP initiatives with the European Medical Affairs team.

Qualificações

• MD/PhD or equivalent required.
• Experience at regional level or multi-country responsibility.
• Extensive medical affairs experience in biotech/pharma.
• Oncology/Immunotherapy therapeutic area experience.
• Experience leading MSL teams.
• Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP in oncology.
• Experience managing vendors/external teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning skills.
• Experience supporting advisory boards with HCP networks.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements medical affairs strategy for the company’s products/pipeline in the cluster.
• Lead scientific and medical communications across the pipeline focused on lead molecule.
• Support EAPs and ESRs aligned with global strategy.
• Coordinate medical affairs activity with clinical development programmes.
• Lead and manage Country Medical Lead and Field Medical Advisor(s).
• Coordinate educational resources for internal stakeholders.
• Execute cluster medical communications plan with Commercial and global medical affairs teams.
• Establish scientific communication with HCPs and academia.
