Accord Healthcare is seeking an Associate Director, Portfolio & NPL Head for the North/East/South/West Europe Hub in Barcelona. You will drive portfolio growth, lifecycle management, and lead cross-functional teams to launch generics and specialty brands across multiple markets.

You will ensure strategic alignment with EMENA Portfolio leadership, manage budgets, assessments, and market access plans while maintaining hub-wide governance and continuous improvement across processes.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial experience of 3–5 years+ in EU/global Pharmaceutical markets.
• Track record in Portfolio, Launch Management, Marketing or Sales at operational/strategic level.
• Demonstrable evidence of project and process management including portfolio maintenance, launch excellence, lifecycle and requirements analysis.
• Market access knowledge for at least one hub country.
• Ability to work in a multi-site, highly regulated environment with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong management and interpersonal skills; ability to lead from the front.
• Excellent numerical skills with Excel; data consolidation, assessment, reporting and analytics.
• Strong written/oral communication skills with PowerPoint and impactful presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of valuation methods is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute hub portfolio and NPL strategy, operations and initiatives.
• Lead portfolio growth, optimisation and lifecycle management initiatives across businesses.
• Drive the new product launch team and cross-functional workstreams to launch generics and speciality brands on time.
• Deliver BC financial assessments for new pipeline opportunities with market intelligence.
• Identify new business opportunities including In-House, In-License, acquisitions or local deals.
• Maintain portfolio records, optimize underperforming products and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on growth and opportunities.
• Prepare budget launch date recommendations and ensure adherence for pipeline products.
• Serve as central contact between EMENA Portfolio and hub for portfolio and pipeline.
