Banco Santander SA is seeking a Functional Product Owner for Open Digital Services, based in Madrid. You will own the functional definition and evolution of global capabilities within the Assisted Channels platform, translating business needs into scalable product solutions.

You will collaborate with country programs to balance local requirements with global opportunities, manage backlogs, and drive delivery with IT teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Required).
• Experience translating business requirements into user stories, product backlogs, and functional specs.
• Proven ability to work with business, operations, and technology teams in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own and contribute to the functional vision and roadmap of the assigned Assisted Channels capabilities.
• Collaborate with country programs to understand operational needs and evaluate global vs local requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional definitions, user stories, servicing requirements, workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with technical teams and participate in backlog prioritization, release planning and validation.
• Define and evolve use cases across branch servicing, enterprise customer management, omnichannel interactions.
• Support rollout and adoption activities during country deployments and ensure proper usage.
