Open Digital Services, based in Madrid, seeks a Functional Product Owner to define and evolve global capabilities within the Assisted Channels platform. You will translate business needs into scalable product solutions and partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing and local teams to drive alignment and adoption.

You will own the functional vision, collaborate with country programs, and ensure backlog prioritization and successful delivery of capabilities while maintaining updated

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in Product Ownership, Functional Analysis, or digital banking and Assisted Channels solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the functional vision and roadmap for the Assisted Channels capabilities, aligning with global product strategy.
• Collaborate with country programs to understand needs and identify reusable global capabilities.
• Translate business needs into functional definitions, user stories, servicing requirements, workflows and acceptance criteria for IT teams.
• Coordinate with technical teams and participate in backlog prioritization, release planning and stakeholder management.
• Define and evolve use cases across branch servicing, enterprise customer management, omnichannel interactions, campaigns, onboarding, requests, and complaints.
