Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler to join our team in Barcelona, Spain, focusing on large-scale data centre construction projects. The role requires guiding the on-site scheduling team, maintaining the master schedule, and coordinating contract packages to meet milestones.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in project planning, strong expertise with Primavera P6 and EVM, and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for complex construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience coordinating multiple schedule data sources into a master schedule.
• Strong managerial and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site scheduling team to review schedules, analyze impacts, and report on risks.
• Maintain and monitor the master project schedule.
• Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure.
• Integrate contract packages into the master schedule and review contractor schedules.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.
• Monitor milestones and ensure compliance with Baseline Programme.
• Provide mitigation plans and evaluate contractor EOT claims.
