Turner & Townsend in Barcelona is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety on major Data Center construction projects. The role focuses on creating, implementing and managing the EHS plan across the site, coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure compliance and performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in EHS leadership on large builds, strong communication and leadership skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 8+ years in EHS leadership on large construction projects.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Experience with risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety awareness among project managers and on-site teams.
• Site-based project role with hands-on EHS leadership.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor the EHS plan for the project.
• Lead safety meetings with Client and Trade partners.
• Oversee client EHS oversight resources and external specialists.
• Assess and approve contractor safety plans and High Risk Activities.
• Review and comment on high-risk activities and incidents.
• Champion safety initiatives and support the Client's campaigns.
• Lead investigations and determine root causes of incidents.
• Provide safety guidance and ensure local codes meet requirements.
• Coordinate with the Turner & Townsend Safety Programme.
