Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler to join our Madrid team, focusing on large-scale Data Centre projects. You will lead onsite scheduling, review contractor plans, and maintain the master schedule to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires 7–10 years in project planning, strong Primavera P6 and EVM skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will coordinate multiple data sources, manage stakeholders, and drive schedule performance for complex deployments.

Formación

• 7-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for complex construction projects (Data Centre experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the on-site scheduling team, review internal and contractor schedules, identify risks and report time/scope impacts.
• Maintain and monitor the master schedule and ensure alignment with milestones.
• Develop tender and contractual schedule requirements and KPIs, integrate work breakdown structures, and manage master plan integration.
