Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an experienced Staff Analog IC Design Engineer for its Custom Silicon Solutions Group in Valencia, Spain.

The role focuses on developing new portable consumer high-performance mixed-signal devices and engaging directly with Tier 1 OEMs, with growth opportunities in supervision and mentorship. The candidate will contribute from architecture to implementation, leading IC block design, simulations and verification while collaborating across Valencia, Cork, Limerick

Qualifications

Electronic Engineering degree required with 8+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
Strong knowledge of analog/mixed-signal electronics, tools and flows.
Experience with amplifiers, DACs/ADCs, bandgaps, LDOs and power circuits is preferred.
Proven leadership, teamwork, and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work in an analog/mixed-signal design team across Valencia, Cork, Limerick and Newbury sites.
Define architecture and drive high-performance mixed-signal devices.
Perform IC block design, transistor-level circuit design and simulations.
Present technical results to engineering teams and customers.
Use design/verification flows to meet functional, power and timing specs.
Integrate blocks into larger mixed-signal systems and support layout/testing.
Improve analog design methodologies to reduce time and cost to market.
