microTECH Global LTD in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Senior Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to lead the design of analog and mixed-signal blocks throughout the product lifecycle, from architecture to silicon.

You will work across AMS design flows, define layout guidelines, collaborate with test teams on silicon characterisation, and mentor less experienced engineers in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.

Qualifikationen

• MSc/PhD in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
• Strong hands-on experience across the full analog IC design flow.
• Experience with 65nm, 28nm or below CMOS technologies.
• Strong knowledge of full-custom analog layout and extracted-level verification.
• Experience with Cadence or Synopsys analog/mixed-signal EDA tools.
• Experience taking designs through silicon, characterisation and productisation is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Senior Mixed:Signal IC Design Engineer Location: Madrid, Spain Type: Permanent Our client is a leading technology company specialising in high:speed optical communication, developing gigabit and multi:gigabit transceivers for automotive, industrial and home networking applications. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Mixed:Signal IC Design Engineer to join their Spanish engineering team. The Role You will take a key role in the development of advanced mixed:signal ICs, working across the full design lifecycle from architecture and specification through schematic, layout, verification, silicon and characterisation.

Your responsibilities will include:
