Infineon Technologies AG in Valencia seeks a senior engineer to lead development of high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs from concept through prototype and into production ramp.

You will act as a key technical interface to customers and internal stakeholders, own architectural decisions, supervise transistor-level design and verification, and guide lab validation while mentoring junior engineers.

Formación

• Experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
• Design for manufacturability, yield, test, and reliability.
• Strong interface with customers and internal teams.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and verification of analog/mixed-signal blocks.
• Supervise transistor-level design, simulation, and validation.
• Prepare design review materials and maintain documentation.
• Guide lab and test engineers during measurement and validation.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive IP generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture decisions.
