Next Job Abroad seeks an experienced Team Leader to manage a Denmark-focused Sales & Collections team for an international bank based in Malta. You will lead a small team, drive performance, and own KPIs while ensuring compliant, fair customer treatment.

The role offers leadership responsibility at the Malta Head Office with opportunities for career growth in a multicultural European environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience within sales, collections, customer service, financial services or another performance-driven environment.
• Strong coaching and people-management skills.
• A commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs.
• Excellent English.
• Fluency in Danish.
• An EU passport / right to work in Malta.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the Sales & Collections team.
• Drive performance across sales, onboarding and collections.
• Own and follow up on key KPIs and targets.
• Monitor conversion rates, default rates and collections results.
• Support customer onboarding and document verification.
• Help develop effective collections strategies.
• Ensure customers are treated fairly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments across the business.
• Ensure processes follow internal compliance standards and policies.
