Job summary

Next Job Abroad is assisting a Malta-based international bank to recruit a Team Leader to head a Denmark-focused Sales & Collections team. You will manage a small team of under 10 agents, drive performance across sales, onboarding and collections, and ensure KPIs are met while supporting fair customer treatment and compliant processes from Malta Head Office.

We are looking for an experiencedTeam Leaderto lead a small Denmark-focused Sales & Collections team for an international bank based in Malta.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, sales performance, customer experience and collections – ideal for someone who enjoys coaching people while also working closely with targets, KPIs and operational performance.

Your Role

You will lead a team of fewer than 10 agents and take responsibility for their day-to-day performance and development.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop the Sales & Collections team
• Drive performance across sales, onboarding and collections
• Own and follow up on key KPIs and targets
• Monitor conversion rates, default rates and collections results
• Support customer onboarding and document verification
• Help develop effective collections strategies
• Ensure customers are treated fairly and professionally
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance
• Collaborate with other departments across the business
• Ensure processes follow internal compliance standards and policies

You have:

• Previous leadership experience
• Experience within sales, collections, customer service, financial services or another performance-driven environment
• Strong coaching and people‑management skills
• A commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs
• Excellent English
• Fluency in Danish
• An EU passport / right to work in Malta
