Cainiao Group in Spain seeks a Network Planning Operations Specialist to own day-to-day last-mile operations, ensuring on-time deliveries and robust routing. You’ll manage service levels, hub capacity, and launches with cross-functional teams to keep the network reliable.

You’ll analyze large datasets with Excel, build dashboards, and own performance metrics in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluency in English is required; Chinese/Spanish are a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years in logistics, operations, supply chain or similar.
• Fluent in Excel and comfortable with large datasets.
• Spot patterns in numbers and data.
• Owns responsibilities and drives results without prompting.
• Strong English communication skills; Chinese/Spanish a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Keep routing engine humming: postcode assignments, service level, coverage rules.
• Spot hub saturation before it becomes a problem.
• Support new hub and sub-hub launches from zero to live.
• Respond to incidents quickly with ops and tech teams.
• Own data that keeps the network honest: service files, dashboards, SL tracking.
• Collaborate with hub managers, 3PLs and cross-functional teams.
