Cainiao Group in Spain is seeking a Network Planning Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day of our last-mile delivery network, keeping it stable and robust so parcels arrive on time.

You will work with hub managers, 3PL partners and cross-functional teams across Madrid and Bilbao. Requires 3+ years in logistics, advanced Excel, and familiarity with routing/TMS systems; SQL or Python is a plus; English is essential, Chinese/Spanish are a plus.

• Fluent in Excel and comfortable with large datasets
• You spot patterns in numbers other people miss

• Strong communication skills in English
• Chinese / Spanish are a plus.
• Experience with routing systems like TMS.
• SQL or Python
• Familiarity with postal geography and last-mile economics
• Previous exposure to high-volume e-commerce

Job Requirements (max 5, form-ready)

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field

2. Hard skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, large datasets), data analysis, familiarity with routing/TMS systems. SQL or Python is a plus

3. Experience:3+ in logistics, last-mile operations, supply chain or network planning. Fluent English required, Chinese / Spanish are a plus

4. Soft skills: Strong ownership, attention to detail, problem-solving under pressure, clear communication, team player across ops and tech

5. Other: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional and international teams
