JD Logistics is seeking a senior leader to design, launch, and scale its last-mile delivery network across Spain. You will own end-to-end operations, from network planning to carrier management, working with senior leadership to build a reliable delivery operation.

The role requires extensive last-mile and multi-site experience, excellent English and Spanish, and a strong data-driven mindset to optimize routes, costs, and service quality.

Formación

• Significant experience in last-mile delivery, express parcel, or e-commerce logistics.
• Experience managing multi-site delivery operations, depots or networks.
• Proven ability to launch or scale last-mile networks and drive cost efficiency.
• Strong carrier management, DSPs, subcontractors, or partner networks.
• Deep understanding of delivery station operations, routing, and cost structures.
• Data-driven approach to improve performance and decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Mandarin a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish last-mile and transport markets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, launch, ramp-up and ongoing management of delivery stations across Spain.
• Own country-level last-mile performance, including on-time delivery and service quality.
• Develop and manage relationships with DSPs and carriers; support negotiations.
• Continuously optimize routes, capacity, and processes for growth and efficiency.
• Drive cost-per-delivery improvements while maintaining service levels.
• Build and develop local last-mile teams as the network expands.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Warehouse, Finance, HR, Tech, and others for integrated operations.
• Establish reporting and governance; translate data into improvement plans for HQ.
