JD Logistics in Spain seeks a senior leader to design, launch, and scale its last-mile network across the country. You will own network expansion, station launches, carrier management, and cost efficiency, working with senior leadership to build a scalable operation.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, with Mandarin knowledge a plus. You will report to global HQ and shape Spain's last-mile operating model in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Significant last-mile operations experience.
• Experience managing multi-site delivery networks.
• Proven track record in launching or scaling delivery networks.
• Strong carrier and DSP management experience.
• Deep understanding of route planning, productivity, and costs.
• Ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced settings.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, launch, ramp-up and management of delivery stations in Spain.
• Own country-level last-mile performance metrics and service quality.
• Develop and manage relationships with DSPs, carriers and partners.
• Continuously optimize routes, capacity, fleets and processes.
• Drive cost-per-delivery improvements while maintaining service levels.
• Build and develop local last-mile teams as the network grows.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Warehouse, Finance, HR, Tech and others.
• Establish reporting and governance for performance and issues.
