Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Labor Relations Lead in Spain to provide strategic leadership for labor relations initiatives across Spain offices. You will manage relationships with works councils and unions, coordinating with EMEA bodies to ensure consistency and compliance.

Regular presence in Spanish offices and up to 20% travel across Europe will be required. You will oversee BAU processes, consultations, and cross-country negotiations, partnering with Employment Legal, statutory directors and HR

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of collective labor law and works agreements.
• Experience managing complex social dialogue projects.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for labor relations initiatives across Spain offices.
• Manage relationships with works councils and unions across multiple countries.
• Oversee BAU processes, annual consultations and regional council activities.
• Lead negotiation efforts and ensure timely compliance with local laws.
• Collaborate with Employment Legal, Statutory Directors and HR partners.
