Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Labor Relations Lead for Spain to provide strategic leadership for labor relations initiatives across Spain offices, managing relationships with works councils and unions in multiple countries. You will engage social bodies early to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and enable smooth implementation of company decisions.

Regular collaboration with EMEA and NL Work Councils will ensure consistency across regions.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of collective labor law and works agreements.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with works council negotiations and cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations initiatives across Spain offices.
