Exoscale is a leading Swiss/European cloud service provider seeking a Hardware Engineer to advance Kubernetes internal PaaS and the managed service ecosystem across Europe. You will design and maintain the internal Kubernetes platform, contribute to tooling, automation, and platform development while ensuring scalability and high availability.

Ideal candidates are proficient in Golang, familiar with Linux and large-scale configuration management, Kubernetes ecosystem, and English communication.

Formación

• Proficient in Golang (mandatory).
• Familiar with Linux and large-scale configuration management.
• Familiar with Kubernetes and its ecosystem.
• Clojure knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interest in automation and accelerating developer workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain our internal Kubernetes developer platform.
• Contribute to internal platform tooling, automation, and orchestration development.
• Develop and maintain SKS and its upcoming new features.
• Enhance the developer experience by delivering self-service systems and pipelines.
• Play a key role in the architecture and design of Exoscale's platform systems.
• Improve processes to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.
• Participate in code and change reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Help the support team to manage escalated support tickets.
