Junior Sponsorship Activation Coordinator

Job summary

EBRO is seeking an organized Sponsoring Junior to support management, coordination and activation of our partnership with the Real Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF) and future brand sponsorships. You will help ensure contracted rights are delivered, align teams and partners, and track activations from planning to close.

You’ll work across portfolios including Copa del Rey, Copa de la Reina, Supercopa and national teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sponsorship, marketing, events or brand activation.
• Experience in sports sponsorship, events, rights management, hospitality, and coordination with federations or clubs is valued.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluent Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual activation plans for the RFEF agreement and future sponsorships, ensuring rights and assets are delivered.
• Manage event and match logistics: tickets, hospitality, materials, on-site setup and follow-up.
• Liaise with RFEF teams; coordinate approvals, calendars, timings and technical specs.
• Collaborate across Marketing, PR, Sales, Product, Purchasing and Legal to provide materials and information.
• Coordinate agencies and suppliers, track budgets, deliverables and evaluate proposals.
• Support content planning, gathering assets and preparing briefs for campaigns.
• Maintain rights and activations tracker and prepare KPI reports for internal and RFEF meetings.
