Job summary

SPORTFIVE Iberia S.L. in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Manager Sales (m/f/d) to join the Sales Team. You will support sponsorship development, identify opportunities, and help drive revenue growth in a professional football environment.

We expect 2–3 years in sales/marketing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. This full-time role offers flexibility with part-time/job-share options and a clear path for development within Sportfive’s client clubs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations, sponsorship proposals, and commercial offers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential sponsors and clients.
• Maintain and update the CRM with leads, opportunities, and activities.
• Participate in meetings with sponsors and partners and support the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing, hospitality, operations and other departments to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support activation of sponsorship agreements and monitor deliverables.
• Track industry trends and sponsorship developments in sports/entertainment.
• Contribute to commercial reports and revenue forecasts.
