Julius Baer is seeking a Junior IT Operations Support to provide administrative and operational support to the local IT leadership team in Madrid. The role focuses on coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding activities and generating department reports within a growing technology environment.

This hands-on position is not leadership or strategy oriented and suits individuals who enjoy organization, process management and working with diverse teams across Agile Release Trains.

Formación

• 1‑3 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination or PMO support.
• Experience in corporate, technology, financial services or professional services environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and locations.
• Familiarity with Agile environments is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the sole point of contact between IT management and Talent Acquisition for open positions.
• Schedule sessions, track progress and collect interviewer feedback.
• Assist in managing job requisitions, approvals and recruitment administration.
• Prepare and distribute hiring status updates and headcount reports.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide administrative support to IT leadership and assist in governance activities.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards and team documentation.
