Julius Baer is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Developer to join the IT Service Management engineering team. You will primarily develop ITSM workflows, incident/change management, and integrations, with a focus on reliability and compliance in a regulated financial setting.

The role requires strong JavaScript, Glide API experience, familiarity with REST/SOAP and a collaborative, agile mindset, fluent English, and a willingness to learn and grow in a global environment.

Formación

• Solid foundation in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes) and their application.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML formats.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and configure ITSM applications within ServiceNow.
• Build custom forms, workflows, and modules across Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Design automated processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with developers, process owners, and IT stakeholders in a regulated environment.
• Participate in agile delivery and code reviews.
