Julius Baer is seeking an IT Service Owner to oversee end-to-end operation of IT services in line with SLAs, focusing on dependencies, lifecycle management, and robust support processes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors to implement changes and product releases.

The role requires experience with ITIL, APIs, and IBM MQ, and a leadership track toward a Team Head position within a multicultural environment. English fluency is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Service Owner, Application Responsible or similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end operation of an IT service in line with defined SLAs.
• Track service dependencies and proactively manage lifecycle.
• Manage application maintenance and support, incidents, changes and releases.
• Conduct business analysis, solution design and deployments with software vendors.
• Lead data migrations and impact analysis; deputy role for a larger team.
