Julius Baer in Madrid seeks a software engineer/DevOps specialist to lead AI integrations within the software delivery toolchain, ensuring secure and scalable deployments.

You will collaborate with AI Product Engineers, prototype LLM/RAG pipelines, and implement APIs and automation across CI/CD, observability, and developer workflows. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong security awareness.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as a software engineer or DevOps/MLOps specialist.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, containerization (Docker/K8s), and APIs.
• Experience integrating ML/Generative AI components into production systems with focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Security-aware and familiar with enterprise standards for tooling, ensuring data protection and compliance.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams with strong communication.
• Master or Bachelor in Computer Science or related field, or proven relevant experience.
• Very good English level.

Responsabilidades

• Own the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities into the software delivery toolchain.
• Collaborate with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to scope AI opportunities.
• Prototype and validate LLM-based or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation across developer productivity platforms.
• Develop and maintain APIs, pipelines, and service integrations for AI features in CI/CD, observability, and developer workplace.
• Ensure traceability, logging, and compliance of integrated solutions with enterprise standards.
• Drive best practices for automation, monitoring, and reproducibility.
