HITACHI ENERGY SPAIN, S.A.U. is seeking entry-level L1 Application Support Analysts to join the IT Service team in Madrid or Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for users, resolving incidents and service requests while maintaining a positive support experience.

Ideal candidates have IT knowledge, good problem-solving and communication skills, and an interest in IT service management. The role offers hybrid work options across time zones.

Formación

• Experience in Service Desk or IT support environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing tools; ServiceNow is a plus.
• Hybrid Madrid/Barcelona availability and time-zone coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for users on business applications and provide initial functional support.
• Manage incidents and service requests through their lifecycle with proper documentation and prioritisation.
• Escalate issues requiring deeper technical analysis to L2/L3 teams and ensure resolution follow-up.
• Monitor recurring incidents and contribute to service improvements.
• Communicate clearly and maintain a customer-oriented approach.
