The Report Company en Madrid busca un/una Junior Finance Assistant para apoyar la columna vertebral financiera y operativa. Recibirás formación en sistemas internos, trabajarán con la dirección en proyectos y podrás participar en automatización de procesos con IA desde el día uno.

Buscamos persona organizada y analítica, con interés en tecnología y habilidades en Excel, inglés y español. Inicio inmediato y jornada completa en oficina.

Formación

• Inglés y español fluidos, con buena capacidad numérica.
• Conocimientos de herramientas digitales e IA.
• Capacidad para aprender software rápidamente.

Responsabilidades

• Procesar y organizar facturas entrantes con Odoo.
• Colaborar para recolectar facturas de fin de mes y verificar con paquetes financieros.
• Realizar cálculos financieros, incluyendo comisiones e intereses.
• Preparar documentación financiera para contabilidad e impuestos.
• Analizar información financiera y producir resúmenes para decisiones.
• Verificar datos y asegurar exactitud y consistencia.
• Clasificar transacciones para mejorar informes y visibilidad financiera.
• Apoyar implementación de herramientas digitales y flujos internos.
• Colaborar en desarrollo de procesos impulsados por IA.
• Proporcionar apoyo administrativo en finanzas, logística y RR.HH.

Junior Finance Assistant Full time | Immediate start Presente su candidatura después de leer los siguientes requisitos de habilidades y cualificaciones para este puesto. Location: Madrid, office based Language requirement: Fluent English and Spanish Contract: Permanent Are you highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with numbers? Are you also interested in technology and AI? We are looking for a Junior Finance Assistant to join our Madrid office and support the financial and operational backbone of our international publishing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop strong finance skills while gaining hands on experience with business software, AI tools, and process automation. You will receive training on our internal systems and work directly with senior management on projects that help shape how the company operates.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and processing incoming invoices using our business management platform, Odoo.
• Liaising with collaborators to collect end of month invoices and cross checking them against agreed financial packages.
• Performing financial calculations, including commission payments and interest calculations.
• Preparing and organizing financial documentation to support accounting and tax filing.
• Analyzing financial information and producing clear summaries to support business decisions.
• Verifying financial data and carrying out systematic checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Categorizing financial transactions to improve reporting and financial visibility.
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of digital tools and internal workflows.
• Assisting with the development of AI driven processes and automation across the finance and operations departments.
• Providing administrative support across finance, logistics and HR when required.

Requirements

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• This is essential.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Interviews will be conducted in English.
• Strong numerical ability and exceptional attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in technology, digital tools and AI.
• The ability to learn new software quickly.
• Full training will be provided on Odoo and our internal systems.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to improve processes and take ownership of your work.
• Around one to two years of experience in finance, accounting or administration is desirable, although recent graduates with the right profile are encouraged to apply.
• Full-time availability.
