Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day‑to‑day administrative tasks, with a focus on financial‑related activities. This position requires a candidate with a business or financial background, data analysis abilities, expertise in reporting tools, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our finance operations.

Responsibilities:

Financial Support: Assist in financial tasks such as project income, cost analysis, margin calculations, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data entry.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis skills to extract meaningful insights and trends from financial data. Generate reports and presentations based on analyzed data for management review.

Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Educational background in Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Business Administration or similar)
• Strong knowledge of financial topics, including project income, cost, margin, and KPIs
• Demonstrated data analysis abilities and experience in generating reports
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
• Proactive approach and a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
