Job summary

Virtuagym is expanding its Customer Success team in EMEA, offering a full-time, remote position from Spain. You will support the DACH and international markets, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and driving growth across our diverse client base.

You will primarily handle German- and English-speaking customers, build relationships, and collaborate with product teams to resolve issues. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with SaaS CS interest.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and verbal German (native or near-native) and good English skills.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Tech‑savvy with a logical, analytical mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and solution orientation.
• Structured, organized with good time management and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in SaaS/software customer success is a plus (not a call center role).

As a Customer Service Consultant for the DACH & International markets, you will mainly focus on supporting German, and English‑speaking European customers. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our client's long‑term satisfaction and success. Your primary responsibility involves providing exceptional support, cultivating relationships, and driving growth within our diverse client base. Some of your key tasks

• Investigate and resolve system issues collaboratively with the product department;
• Deliver efficient and effective customer support via email and phone channels;
• Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty;
• Offer creative solutions, handle objections, and de‑escalate challenging client situations;
• Address churn risks, cancellations, and payment‑related queries;
• Contribute to departmental process enhancements through feedback and project participation.

What You Will Bring To The Team
