You will help develop annual business plans, analyze performance trends, and provide regular coverage of stores to ensure Perfect Store execution. This role focuses on customer relationships, analytics, and in-store strategy within Hill's brand channels.

Formación

• Experience in managing key customer relationships and driving category growth.
• Ability to analyze performance trends and KPIs to inform action plans.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with customers and internal teams.

• Manage day-to-day relationships with national and regional key accounts.
• Lead negotiations with customers within guidelines and with senior leadership alignment.
• Support development and execution of annual joint business plans with key accounts.
